At its heart, Body in the City is about giving back to the community in a positive way by breaking down barriers in the wellness space. Jasmine is passionate about showcasing wellness talent and professionals in spaces where representation matters—where there aren’t always people who look like us leading the conversation. The podcast aims to celebrate diverse voices, uncover hidden gems in wellness, and make it accessible for everyone.
Through authentic storytelling and a commitment to inclusivity, Body in the City is a space to discover new talent, explore emerging wellness trends, and hear from real-life, everyday people creating impact. Jasmine’s mission is to inspire a community of city dwellers to embrace wellness as a way of life, while fostering connection, empowerment, and authenticity.
If you’re a wellness professional, advocate, or business owner with experience in a wellness modality, Jasmine would love to connect. Whether it’s to chat about all things wellness, list your business on the website, or invite you to be a guest on the podcast, Body in the City is here to amplify voices and build bridges in the wellness world.
“My aim is to always leave you feeling better than how I found you. Walk in, float out.””

HER STORY
Wellness Advocate | Content Creator | 1:1 Assisted Stretch Therapist & Teacher | Yoga Teacher | meditation guide
Jasmine Sinclair’s wellness journey began in 2012 when she discovered the transformative power of yoga. By 2018, she had fully committed to a path of self-discovery through movement and bodywork therapy, driven by a desire to deepen her understanding of holistic well-being.
Her passion led her to southern India, where she immersed herself in the study of yoga and wellness. Jasmine completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga, honing her practice and gaining the tools to share her newfound knowledge with others.
Her teaching journey extended to Southeast Asia, where she led yoga classes at an eco-resort in Munduk, Indonesia. Surrounded by lush rainforests and serene waterfalls, Jasmine inspired locals and travelers alike, fostering a deeper connection to movement and mindfulness in an off-grid paradise.
Eager to expand her skills, Jasmine trained in Traditional Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand, earning a Level 3 certification in this ancient healing modality. She continued her education back in London at The London School of Massage, where she earned a Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology and completed advanced courses in Stretch Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, and Pregnancy Massage.
Jasmine's expertise and leadership were pivotal in launching StretchLab, a premier assisted stretching studio in West London. As Head of Stretch, Studio Manager, and teacher trainer, she mentored practitioners and helped establish the studio as a beacon of movement therapy and wellness.
Blending her training in yoga, Thai massage, and stretch therapy, Jasmine takes a holistic approach to bodywork. Her mission is to realign the body, inspire self-love, cultivate strength, and nurture self-awareness. By combining her expertise and intuitive understanding of movement, she empowers her clients to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Today, Jasmine operates independently as a bodywork therapist, offering personalised treatments to her trusted clientele in homes, offices, on tours, and at retreats. Alongside her practice, she is focusing on motherhood while training the next generation of practitioners in her bespoke stretch methodology. She is also evolving the Body in the City podcast, showcasing diverse wellness talent and breaking down barriers in the wellness space.
